We fixed the issue where users we're not receiving notifications of updates/closure to tickets. Unfortunately, this involved moving our help desk system to a new vendor. I think you will find our new help desk to be a huge improvement over the last, with all the features working as expected. To have a new account created, either visit the new support page (still www.versatechnetworks.net/support ) or send an e-mail to help@versatechnetworks.net when you require support. Note, sending an e-mail will open a ticket, and if an account is not found with your e-mail address linked also open a new account.
