How many hours should I pay for?

Typically, the basic help desk is perfect for a small organization of 2-10 users who don't have a large amount of computer related problems. In an hour, our agents typically are able to answer 8-12 web tickets, or fix 2-3 minor issues through remote support.

What if I don't know how many hours I need?

We recommend you start with the basic help desk. Should you have a greater need then the basic help desk provides, we will offer you a custom quote which may save some more money over going directly to the advanced help desk.

What is your rate for overages?

For the basic help desk, overages for billable hours are billed at $40/hour. For the advanced help desk, overages are billed at $35/hour.

  • 3 hours of Agent-lead Remote Support
  • 4 hours of Billable Support Hours total.
  • Unlimited Web Tickets within above restrictions.

À la carte Services

 

$49.99 setup fee +
$45 per hour.

Billed via invoice.

  • Billed per 1/4 hour.
  • Minimum bill of $20/month.
  • If minimum not met, a service fee will be added to satisfy minimum.
