If you are outside of our service area, online services are available, or you may select an on site option and ship the device to us, we will handle shipping it back to you.

This option may require direct access to the system, and as such you may be asked to ship the
device to us.You will be advised when we cannot continue any further without direct access.
You will be required to pay the difference for the onsite repair, and we will ship the device back.

Operating System Installation

Reinstall Windows or Linux OS
Backup Existing Documents, Music, Programs

You must have a valid license key from Microsoft for installation to complete. If you do not, you
may purchase one from us. We will not install Windows Server products as part of this package,
please contact us if you would like Windows Server installed on a system for you.

Onsite services are for users in this area only. If you live/work outside of this area, you will be required to get the device to us in some fashion, we will then handle shipping the device back. Help Desk clients SHOULD NOT purchase these items, please submit a help desk ticket.
