Rich Kauffman runs our Northern Michigan Operations. Located in the tip of the Lower Peninsula, Rich is available for emergency support calls across the tip of the Mitt and throughout the entire Upper Peninsula. He has experience with VM, Windows Server, Linux and Windows based systems.
