Versatech Networks Terms of Sale

The following details list the terms of any transaction conducted with Versatech Networks. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

Service:
For computer repairs with home users, payment is due at time of service. Cash is only the accepted payment at time of service. Users with an established payment history may pay with Check if approved by the repair tech. Business Users with an established business account with Versatech Networks will be billed monthly, or at completion of job.

Billing practice:
Monthly billing will occur on the first day of each month, and payment will be due to us on the 15th of each month, unless your invoice states differently. Late charges do apply to payments not received by that date. Late fees are as structured below. Exceptions may be made for special circumstances. These fees are applied to each invoice that is late. Late fees are not applied to invoices that have already been charged a fee.

Estimates and Proposals:
Unless otherwise noted, estimates expire 30 days from the date of estimate. Estimates that include equipment purchases may change before their expiration date. Availability and pricing of technology items change rapidly, and we cannot guarantee pricing of equipment beyond 7 days of original proposal

Please note, ALL equipment purchases require a deposit equal to your total proposal of equipment purchases. For example, a proposal for a new phone system is issued; the total invoice is $500, $250 of labor, $250 equipment. When you approve the proposal, a deposit of $250 would be due. No work could commence before that deposit is received and no schedule for installation could be given until said deposit was received.

Hosting:
Web hosting, Application hosting, and other web based services are billed in advance. If your account falls into past due status, your application or hosting may be disabled.
